im on the same boat.

i get depressive sessions all the time, its
such a horrible set back every time.

the worst part for me is i tell myself
'this time im gonna finish my list and then
i wont have to be so stressed' but i end up

taking more commissions in the process
cause i fool myself into thinking im out of
the depressive session and it just ends up
being a never ending cycle.

I really hope you feel better soon. I know all mental illnesses are different, but when mine flares up it's almost like the flu. I have to take care of myself and wait it out. Take care of yourself. :)

Hey sweetheart (I'm really sorry for saying that and I don't mean it in a demeaning way lel),
I hope you recover soon. I've been dealing with depression on and off for over a decade so I know what it's like. Over the years I've got the hang of it a bit better. Winter is a toughie here at least (Canada, 1-3hrs of sun a day, cooold). Hope you can find a way thru it, and that your teachers are understanding.

yaa p much like around the same time frame too weh, the winter doesn't really affect me too much tbh its honestly just the holidays haha
cause like everybody goes home to their parents and i just like, stay home alone kind of ;;;
though ya my profs are thankfully understanding and i was able to catch up a litttleee bit tho they could see im trying haha
