I'm starting to get a bit down in the dumps when it comes to commissions. I don't receive many comments or favorites. It's rare that I find people following me. I want to improve my art, majorly.
So, what I'm asking for is suggestions.
What are good art programs to use? Shading tutorials? Little tricks?
