THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE EFFECTIVE AS OF [11/26/2015] UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE OR IF ANY CHANGES ARE MADE
This is a notice and rules of what is allowed when purchasing from BlackheartStudios XxX
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER IN ORDER TO PURCHASE A NSFW COMMISSION FROM ME.
All commissions must be sent through note .
Here is a small cap of my TOS for those just browsing.
- You must provide a reference. it must be bright and big to see and i mostly will not accept your own avatar in my videos because i work fast and dont like to stop so i will remake your character in my own account and not take credit for your character and credit the Original maker of the character
- DO NOT POST WITHOUT CREDIT.
- Paypal only.
- Prices are based of American Dollars (USD)
-i do not work with nipples sorry they will be removed if you decide to hire me unless your a female herms are ok
- videos range based on money
- rush orders are ok but require a extra 10 dollars, but deadlines are okay. If you need something done by a certain date, TELL ME. It may cost a fee depending on my commission queue.
-video will be posted to porn hub on my channel
- Please give me a week before poking me about progress
- i do not upload any other places other then Pornhub
- your are not paying me for any characters or music or content other then my services for making the video all characters music and content belong to there rightful owners
Please note that I will only retain finished commissions for one month after I have completed them. please make sure you store and back up your finished commission as I will not be able to provide it if you lose it after that time period.
-you DO NOT need a sl account to hire me
- SL has some limit so if i cannot completely make your avatar to the specs you are able for a partial refund
-you must tell me "boobs are super squishy" in order to confirm you read the terms if not all my rules still apply

-a full detail reference is require for me to create a av SL reference are acceptable NO word refs,
Payment:
All payments must be through paypal. Do not include any additional notes (aside from your username ONLY. Also, please do NOT send it as a gift, or anything else under the Personal tab, as Paypal cracks down on that. 'payments for goods and services' with 'no address required' is the only way i will accept payment if not by invoice. I do send invoices. Money sent as 'send money to friends/family' will be sent back if I do not personally consider you family or a very close friend. If any of these types of payments are made, you will be refunded and sent a note with instructions on how to correctly send payment.
All prices are in USD, and must be paid up front. Work will not begin until payment is received. For orders that are over $150, I will take 50% up front, but I need the commission paid in full once if decided to make payments
Commission Procedure:
In order to commission me you must have at least one image of the character, with color. i do accept SL ref's but must be accurate i am not responsible if you forget to tell me something specific for pricing of video service click here https://www.furaffinity.net/view/21825977/
Once you have sent your request and we have discussed what you'd like, you must pay me in full up front, and I will add you to my commission queue. I will note you of the avatar i made to finalize it before making the video
Please check the photos of the avatar thoroughly before approving it, as you may request very minor changes from them on, and only if they are mistakes that I have made myself. (Ex, forgot a collar, or colored the hair the wrong color)
Content:
i am limited to sl modding specs if i cant match the avatar you can accept what i made for it or ask for a refund
If an extremely complex character is requested, there may be additional charges.
I won't film in another style. EX; Disney, Sonic, my little pony,
I reserve the right to refuse your commission for any reason.
Revisions:
You are able to ask for changes in the WIP phase. However, if you ask for excessive changes, there will be a fee.
Once you have approved of your avatar, you may not make any more changes to composition of the avatar without additional charge. Please review the photos or in world carefully before approving.
If you decide that you want a completely different character it counts as a re-work and you will be charged.
I do not make changes after a commission has been completed
Rush Orders/Deadlines:
I do accept rush orders. 10 dollar fee
If there is a deadline on your commission please state so.
Permissions & Private Artworks:
I retain all rights to my film unless I state otherwise. This means that I can post it to my FA account, website, porn hud, and other personal uses. Please state ahead of time if you wish for your commission to be withheld from my galleries and my own personal use. This does not mean you own the rights to the image. This does not mean that I will claim credit over your character.
You are allowed to post your commission in your gallery, but it must be linked and credited back to me. You are I must be visibly credited. You may upload commissions to to other sites but must give proper credit
You aren't allowed to use it commercially, as I still own the rights unless discussed before I accept your commission.
Refunds:
If you need a refund for whatever reason, then you must request it before I've started your commission. Once work has been started you have until the avatar is completed after that , refunds will NOT be issued. It is your responsibility to manage your money appropriately. If you can't pay or need the money, DO NOT COMMISSION ME. Commission money is a a assist to building SL . In the case of a full refund If you are unhappy with the avatar, I have given you ample time to voice your concerns or issues and will be refused if you want a refund.
If I feel you are being unreasonable (ie. rude, harassing, stalking and so on) I will terminate the commission if you continue after a warning. A partial refund will be given if the work has been started.
