Thanks everyone. Things are getting to normal, luckily, and we hope that temperature gets down to normal and no more massive rainfalls will be back. This kind of mess happen when it's too hot out of season and it will rain instead of snowing. It's more and more common with the years, sadly.
I live on the hills so I had no damages to my properties and person ;)
