Fitness update.

I got nothing else really going on that is at all interesting so I will go into some workout stuff.
I am into the 4th week of the workout routine and was looking forward to getting home and trying out the next session. It was not easy and that is a good thing. Noticed a few little things that are improving. Tailbone is doing better. Still need my pillows but there is now some butt muscle to protect the bruised bone. I was even surprised that I could sit on the floor at the end of the workout.
Now that I am looking forward to doing these workouts I am getting back to a measured diet. Nothing drastic, less eating out, more veggies and fruit and less meat. Only been doing that this week so it will be some time before it shows any improvement.
By the end of the year I should be as flexible as I was in martial arts. Still a big guy then but I was Sumo flexible
All for now. Back to some boring stuff, some commissions and then Subnautica.

Just wait until you start doing stuff like Red Hot Core and Below the Belt. You'll pine for the days when all you were doing was Energy. LOL That's how you build strength though. When the workouts start getting easier to do you know you need to move on.
