Paypal Sucks! And a Warning to fellow artists!

So, a little update about that Paypal issue... Even though I provided evidence that the guy gave me the hundred dollars, PHYSICAL EVIDENCE mind you, I'm not going to get my 100 bucks back.
Not only that, but Paypal charged me 20 dollars for the chargeback!
Paypal sucks, and since it's come to this, I feel no need to hide their e-mail. So, if you get a payment from: skly1993[at]hotmail.com return it immediately and refuse any work from this user.
I'm still talking to paypal about this situation, because of the BS of it!

A month or so back he was on quite the rampage of commissioning artists and demanding his money back, excusing himself by saying "I suddenly needed the money I will pay you back when I can" without ever paying them back
