For what it's worth, wherever you've set up residence you cannot just be "kicked out" on a whim unless you've been given proper WRITTEN notice mailed to you expressing that you have 30 days (for NH) to vacate. Even then the person in question must follow proper eviction proceedings which means going to court among other things and you cannot be locked out or kicked out or what have you until the sheriff comes by to actually execute the vacate order. If you're on the lease or have a written agreement with him, you have every right to stay there until the end of the lease.

I mean, I don't know how much you still want to stay around someone that's kicking you out since I don't know the circumstances, but it's something to keep in mind if you need any additional time. If you're locked out or anything at all, call the police for an illegal eviction. Make sure you got proof you live there such as any mail addressed to you in a safe place.

no lese it ran out years ago so after that its been a month to month, trust me i have explored all my options and me getting out of here is the only one

If you were on the lease previously, this means you are a month-to-month tenant, but you still have absolute right to be there for 30 days after you've informed the apartment office in writing of your intent to vacate. Do this immediately. Send them a letter letting them know. I say this because if your ex suddenly leaves you can be left holding the ball and end up with some debt on your hands you don't want. Then, well, I say just leave whenever you need to. Make sure you keep a good record of the notice you gave the office. But still keep in mind he cannot just toss you out on your ass willy-nilly. If you yourself weren't on the lease it's all on him. Either way I'm just letting you know your rights and what to watch out for so you don't get burned by the whole process.

i am/was on the original lease and i very much am aware of my rights and the things i need to do.my mother had a similar situation happen to her brother she had stying at a place her sister and her owned. he was living there girlfriend moved in and then kicked him out and because she hs kids it took the 3 years and well over 5k$ to get her out.

Aye, no problem. Apologies if I was presumptuous about anything. I see too many furs who talk about how they're getting kicked out or were just kicked out overnight and knowing tenant laws and stuff it's the kind of thing I try to jump on since I don't want someone to be outright homeless like that.
