How radioactive is doll?

The Doll does not release radiation on levels high enough to produce cancer or cellular degregation naturally. Like anything composed of organic material it does emit natural radiation, HOWEVER... The Doll produces a high amount of psychic radiation that while non-lethal comes off it in such amounts that it is like a human sweating a waterfall's worth daily, it saturates where it goes with energy.
