it has come to my attetion that some of you are getting way to comfortable when asking for rps... at late night around 11:00pm , please stop asking me to rp at late nights , even on work nights, please

Well, I'm not trying to be a smartass, but did you consider leaving somekind of notification when your at work? like putting "(Work)" in your username?
