I'm currently looking for a few artists to commission -- preferabbly on the cheaper side since I am looking to possibly buy in bulk. In specific 2 character clean/NSFW pieces, most likely sketches to get a cheaper total price.

I don't think he does sketches currently but I'd still recommend him .
$42 for one character. +$21 for each extra one. Not sure If thats cheap or not to you if you are buying a bunch of art at once but still worth a look.
