Well it was, but too many people said that it looked way to much like foalcon and the mods would ban me with out warning, and I don't want to get banned... I just have to start moving my art to other sites I guess.

Yeah, inkbunny had a stupid list of requirements for making a password. I think they've finally eased up on them a bit, but it was like a capital letter, a number, this man characters, the name of an American state, three colors, and the last 4 digits of your mother's maiden dog.

It's not just dumb, it's basically giving anyone willing a checklist to bruteforce passwords but that neither here nor there.

As long as it's not stated it's cub it seems to slip by radar. I've seen stuff listed as cub on other sites but when the artist uploads to fa it's suddenly not listed as cub anymore. XD

In my head, Luna was younger but she was like around 200 years old lol. But I just got to many people warning me that I would get a ban without warning, so I didn't want to mess with it... It sucks, but oh well... I have more art coming down the pipe, so I hope you stick around for that. <3 :3

Well if you specifically labeled her as a foal in the tags, yes. But a lot of art styles are cute and small like she was in those series of pictures. So it could have looked chibi-ish? Maybe? I don't know. I just know FA is real picky about it so I guess it's better to be safe.

i have got ban in the past but as you can see my account and every thing is still here the most that happens is you get a strike three strikes your out for 30 days witch happened to me do to account hacking when i was not home. as long as you state ages and stuff at the current time of the pick there really is no problems just alout of people over react and if you ever have any questions you can all wayies note a mod there really nice and willing to work with you, i have never had a problem out side of that one thing that was out of my control, fearing to post on here is just unreasonable if you ever feel some thing will be over the edge you cant get in trouble for asking.

now when it comes down to "cub art" its not a matter of the cites rules its agents the law in the united states its considered child porn the mods have no choice in the matter cuz the cits its self can get in trouble for some thing some one els posted, but again for rule play reasions and considering the mlp princesses are like a 1000 or some shit stating there around 200 or some thing or making them look a little less "child like" can avoid confusion

but again this is one strike agenst you if it turned out to be wrong so, you would not get ban.

Hmm... Idk, I don't want to risk it. I have other places where people can find the art if they really want to see it. Maybe I will ask a mod or something... Once I find out how to contact them, lol.

just send then a note out lining your cusern about your art with a link to like imgur or some thing where thay can see it and give you a opinion is the best as i stated a comment or so down i normally note  foxamoore when i have questions regarding posting art or any thing els like that he is cool and will give you a strate answer. the mods are here to help you don't be afraid to just ask ya know.

I'm pretty sure in the US, the only thing classified as "child porn" is pictures of actual people. Artwork and such is just art, by law. Of course, this can vary from state to state, but pony stuff is certainly okay. I think FA always just banned it because of the moral implications or some such (a lot of people are very against it). Even that new site only banned it because some popular fur persona did a petition against it, and I believe (sic?) they're US based.

Either way, I saw the relevant pics, and cub stuff didn't even come to mind. *shrug*

cub art is considered child porn in most corts of law and it does bring up lots of bad feelings as well over all its a safety net for us all just making it agents tos , moral of the story is your not going to get out right ban from here and if you feel some thing might be risky its all wayies best to ask a mod about it first i personalty go to foxamoore for questions and i use to go to Dragonee back when he lived down the street from me. excuse the spelling im not the best at reading and writing

While I will agree that it definitely brings up lots of bad feelings, though as far as I can find, actual "cub art" is not considered CP based on US laws, and even human children in art is typically not illegal. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, I'm just stating the law as far as my research has found it. That's the very reason why it's okay for Japanese Animations like "Strike Witches" to have uncensored versions in the US.

Yeah I don't think it's illegal in the US yet. Other counties have laws that consider it illegal.

And this is why we can't have nice things. Sigh.

In no way was that foalcon. It's similar to lots of non-foal pony art. Anyone who thinks it is is an idiot.

Ah yea, lookin at the image in question she does look really young in it. Even if it was stated that she was 200 of age, just how it looks gives off the underage feel and that's what gets people in trouble. I think that's why they changed her look after that 2nd episode to a more adult look. People will always based an image on how it looks rather then what the age of the character actually is. If a character is 30 yet looks too child like then it's gonna come off like a child.

They changed her look because their software got better as their budget got bigger. Why would they change her to look less underage when she didn't look underage according to the style they use for foals in the show?
