No, a blue panda would be a panda with blue accents instead of dark brown. Red pandas arent even pandas, it's just the name of the species and some aren't red in the wild.

A red panda isn't even a panda, it's just red, I'll start calling them rednotpandas from now on, or bluenotpandas. Or just calling them pupper, because everything is pupper.

I would say if it had light blue or light gray fur with darker blue accents would be called a blue panda
I don't even know why they call them pandas they don't even remotely look like pandas at all
