Realized My Last Journal Was Really Depressing
9 years ago
More accurately, realized I never posted anything since then. Time got away from me, I suppose, because I'm feeling better now. Well, "better" in a literal sense. Not great, but I'm getting by, with some fun and happy moments now and then. No talking politics though, please. Not even in a supportive way, it's not something I want to think about. -_-
Past month has been really quiet, which I think I needed. We all need some time relatively alone. I've done lots of story thinking and considered writing some more vore smut, but that's really not worth talking about until I have actual results. ^.^;
Biggest thing I've done this past month is finally plow through the entire Mass Effect series. I basically grew up with the first game, never beat the second, and never started the third. I've always had this nasty habit of starting games, playing them religiously, and then getting bored right before the end. And the dumb idea to play the previous games every time a new installment comes out, which burns me out even faster. But I recently got infuriated with doing that my entire life, and knocked out the Mass Effect franchise that kept haunting me (I did the Dragon Age series a few months ago). I mean, recently I also finally finished the nightmarishly long Pillars of Eternity, but who else besides me even owns that game? >.>;
Also saw Rogue One tonight! I thought it was pretty good. Definitely more of a war movie than the epic adventure of the main Star Wars series. Plus it's making the fascists go berserk, so I'm happy to give it my money. =D
Hope you're all doing well, too! =3
