COMMISSION TOS

1.-I work with full payment first. via paypal, or Cuenta Rut (valid for Chile)

2.- I usually finish commissions quickly (something like 1 to 3 weeks) , sometimes I can take more. a deadline can be discussed, please, understand if I reject a commission because the deadline can’t be accomplished.I will talk to you if i take more than 1 month to finish, please, be patient, sometimes things happen and i need more time to complete the works, you will receive a message once i start your work.
-Adding to this, it can also take longer if there are other commissions before, and also, because of institute works, i also do some adopts and other stuff beetween commissions (because i dont touch anything from the commission cash until im done with them, so i need to get some cash from other source meanwhile im working on them) so dont worry about it, im still working on the artworks.

3.-Wips will be sent to you, in the sketch stage you can change poses and stuff, in the lineart stage i can do few changes. and then colouring stage to see if everything about colors are right (markings, etc).
If you want to do radical changes during lineart stage, or Changes during the stage where the piece is almost done, you will need to pay for those changes.

4.-Refunds can be done in the sketch /lineart stage, 50% will be refunded to you. Once got onto the colour stage, refunds can’t be done,because almost all the work is done in that point.
Also, refunds can happen if something happens in my life, or if for some reason, i feel i cant provide a good artwork in the time estipulated, these refunds are full.
Adding to this point, if someone chargebacks on me without any notice, or after finishing your work, i will be blocking you, addding to my blacklist, and i will transform the artwork for other things so i can get my money back,like:
-YCHs.
-Bases (if its a generic thing i can change into one).
-If its a custom character, i will be selling them.

5.-Provide a clean reference of the character you want, i don't want people to complain about someting beign wrong because a thing is missing, but you didn't put it in the reference or mentioned it to me, remember, im not a soothsayer.

6.- You can upload the artwork i have done for you in your account, but please, don't claim work as yours/sell the artwork itself (with an exeption if the artwork was done for comercial stuff, like label designs ax an example, or stuff that you will sell/include in sales massively, you can message me about it)

7.- I have the right to refuse to do a commission , remember, there are some things i can't draw or i feel unconfortable to do.

8.- If you want an already finished design to be edited, you only have 24 hours after it to make changes (after those 24 hours, all editable files will be gone from my computer and sai backup) , that can only be colours, nothing else, and will correspond to 50% of the price of the commission. This point is only valid for custom characters.

-Feral
-Etc, you can ask if i can draw it or not.

I WILL NOT DRAW:
-Humans
