I wish you all a Merry Christmas, with a lot of food and lovely gifts. And I hope you all will have a good time over the holidays with you familie and friends.

*Wuffy then corrals you and flies you over to wuff's den to share in Vrghr's feast.* Always more fun to cook, when friends are sharing in the results! We're having Beef Wellington with a mushroom Duxeles and red wine mushroom Jus to drizzle over. Oven roasted Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic-Marsala reduction. And extra-creamy scalloped potatoes with a hint of bleu cheese. Caramelized onion-cheddar puffs on the side.
Dessert will feature Berry-poached Pears on a bed of cardamom mascarpone cream and berry syrup drizzle with crushed ginger cookies garnish.
Wuff is sure that 'meat on the bones' isn't going to be an issue after those two feasts! *LAUGHS*
