Champions I HATE playing against in LoL

Now these are the champions players pick that I struggle against, some of them can be easily countered, I just never play the champion that counters them. But OH MY GOD ARE SOME OF THESE CHAMPIONS BROKENLY OVER POWERED.
Veigar's passive increases his ability points by 1 for every spell that hits a target and increases by 5 for every KILL........HIS AP CAN REACH 999!!!!! NO OTHER CHAMPION CAN GO THAT HIGH SO HE CAN BASICALLY ONE SHOT YOU WITH ANY SKILL NO MATTER YOUR HEALTH
Talon......oh my god.....hes just.....so brokenly over powered, ignores towers so he can gank you at any moment
Singed......can go fucking die
blitzcrank....im sure everyone knows why I hate him
Sona can fuck off in a corner
and teemo....lol
