These guys have been studying furries for years with online surveys and traveling to cons. They have a tremendous amount of data and some really interesting findings. They work out of Renison University College – University of Waterloo and they even got a grant from the Canadian government to study furries!

They also attend Anthrocon and do surveys there. The same you'll do online, but if you want to meet the researchers that's the place to do it. They do a couple panels every year, going over what they have learned,
