Last night I needed some fun, so I went to see the movie Sing in the theaters. It's a fun little story about a theater owner trying to hold onto his dream by hosting a singing contest. Each contestant in turn has their own struggles they have to overcome in their lives. In particular, I was focused on two of the contestants, Ash, a porcupine who has been put down by her boyfriend, and Meena, an elephant who is shy. Overall, I'd say it one of the best animated movies this year, and a nice way to cheer me up.
