Game and TV shows/anime suggestions?

Though I love to chat away with my friends and loved ones via discord and the like. I'm thinking about taking a sort of break, something for perhaps a week or two. Sure, I'll still chat a bit here and there and of course I will be doing my scheduled streams(got bills to pay and shit), but I've haven't been feeling the greatest, mentally. For those who don't know. I have depression. I feel mentally exhausted most of the time and I sometimes even struggle to take care of myself and it sucks. Obviously I have my better days where I can laugh for 3 hours straight or suddenly become super productive and clean my entire apartment, pretty myself up, and feel good about myself.
Usually, I just game, a lot.
So this is where I need help. Do any of you have suggestions on games or shows that I could perhaps check out?
For games, I would like free-cheap end stuff.
As for shows, I'll just tell ya if I've seen them already.

FA+

But for shows, anime-wise, I've enjoyed One Punch Man and Mob Psycho 100 recently. Those have been very good.
For other TV experiences, I would suggest: Gravity Falls, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (Netflix exclusive), Leverage, and Bob's Burgers. These are just things that I've watched recently and have enjoyed.
<3 Gravity Falls, I don't have netflix, I'll have to check out Leverage, and I have been meaning to watch Bob's Burgers. Thank you!
Shows: "Shameless" is definitely a recommendation. Smart writing and great acting mash together to create a perfect train-wreck-family comedy/drama.
Anime: Food Wars is always a good one, just don't watch it while you're hungry.
I'll check out Shameless as well.
I also have three games that I couldn't foist off on my local game store because I don't have a box... Devil May Cry, Kingdom Hearts 1, and FFXII. They're just collecting dust here, and I'll give them to you for shipping, if you're interested in any of them.
It's not a TV show, but Netflix is also getting a good selection of Hong Kong action movies. I recommend The Last Moujin and The Black Mask (if they get it back online). Iceman is also good, though it has some weeeeeird pee jokes in it. Apparently that's a thing in Hong Kong. I have depression, too, and I know it super sucks - the light-hearted nature of most of these movies are really easy on my brain.
Sadly, I also don't have netflix. v.v
I will check out the Persona 4 anime though!
