Terms of service for Commissioners


Anything purchased from me, unless otherwise discussed, is for personal use only. You can get it printed for yourself, and personal use, but my work should not be used to make a profit off of items, such as stickers, t-shirts, mugs, etc.

Payment:
All payments are taken in paypal only. Payment is taken upfront and must be in USD. Invoice will be sent once the commission is agreed upon and all details are correct. In some instances, I will use the PayPal.me link instead, these tend to be for 12$ and under commissions.
Sometimes things happens and perhaps things aren't working as expected, and its reasonable to want to cancel a commission. Here are the rules:
-Cancel before work is started- Full refund, no questions asked, sorry we couldn't do business!
-Cancel after sketch is complete- if there's no way to please you with alterations, I will refund 75% of what you paid for the work. I've spent time and effort to begin your work.
-After completion- no refund at this point. I have done the work to the best of my ability. By commissioning me you know my strengths and weaknesses artistically, so no I will not refund after a completed picture. I will make adjustments to the best of my ability!

Rules:
You agree that you are 18 years of age or older, or of legal age in your country to purchase and view adult / mature content!
I have the right to use all artwork I produce in my galleries, portfolios, and promotional creations. If you wish to remain anonymous that is fine.
-RARE CASES- If you wish your commission to remain 100% private, there is an additional fee. It will cost twice the amount that you would pay if it wasn’t private. I get advertisement through posting completed work. I am losing out on potential advertising with the privatization of your commission, including my right to stream the artwork live.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
If I notice disruptive behavior during my commission progress, such as, spamming my site page, frequent sent notes, and other rude gestures, (such as offensive language directed at me) I will have no other choice but to cancel your slot and refund you. (Please refer to my refund policy) No artwork will be obligated from this. Failure to comply with these rules will have you blacklisted.
If you are going to commission me for a gift for a friend, you MUST have permission from the person. For example, if you are going to have your friend's character and yours together. I will assume that you have the permission. If I find later you do not, you will be black listed.
No backgrounds on any commission unless stated otherwise or a fee is agreed upon. If you fail to read this, I may refuse your commission if you persist and ignore my rules.
*An extra charge will be added per set of wings and overly complex characters. Price depends on the amount of work!*
ADDED NOTE:
Any complicated clothing, like armor or ornate clothing, will DOUBLE whatever your quote is. Armor LITERALLY takes me twice as long to ink and color. :D Keep this in mind!

Commission Process:
I reserve the right to work on commissions in the order I deem best! For the most part I do first come, first serve, BUT I may bounce between projects when it is deemed necessary!

- For YCH:
Fill out the appropriate form, and note me or email me. I reply after I have sent the invoice. and wait for payment to clear. Once it is cleared, I will complete the work and send you the email with the completed image. I will often wait for approval before I post publicly. The work should take about 24 to 72 hours.
*DEPENDING ON QUEUE IT MAY TAKE ADDITIONAL TIME! YOU WILL BE MADE AWARE OF THIS FROM THE START*
-For Auctions:
I will note you to alert you that you have won, and ask for the appropriated amount. Once the amount is received I will begin work. I can send sketch wips upon request. Amount of time it will take depends on the amount of work there is to do. Should take roughly 48 hours to 2 weeks.
-For General Commissions:

Once I have this information I will give you a quote. If you agree to the price I will send you an invoice. Once payment is complete, I will begin work. Wips will be provided for the sketching ONLY. Afterwards I will not send you any more progress shots. Should take between 24 hours and 2 weeks depending on complexity!
- Do NOT spam me with notes as to when your piece will be finished. Certain commissions (including complicated designs, reference sheets, or multi character pictures) take longer to finish than normal. Questions and concerns are welcomed notes, but I mean constant spam, not waiting for my responses and the like.
- If you have any questions about the commission process, please don’t hesitate to ask. ♥

Re-posting my Art:
All commissioned art is allowed to be re-posted and used for personal use by the commissioner. You may not sell or redistribute my art without my consent. You must give me proper credit when re-posting my art to any site such as, a link back to my FurAffinity. You may NOT remove my signature, however you are allowed to post without the watermark if you wish.

Estimated Time of Completion:
Commissions will generally be done within 1 week of payment unless otherwise stated.

Changing Commission Entirely:
If for some reason you decide you want to swap one character with another, change the pose/theme request, or anything that substantially changes the commission, I will allow it ONCE, with no fee. If the new character would cost more then the old, you will be charged the additional fee via a new invoice.
After that first change, there will be an inconvenience fee of 10$ per change after. PLEASE make sure you know what you want before you commission me, it'll save both of us time and energy

Special Notes
General things that I think are important, but do not fall under the other categories.

REFERENCE PICTURES
- As any artist, I work best from flat color pallets. Every artist shades differently, and when you give me a shaded image, I have to guess at colors. I am never 100% sure what is shading and highlight. I try to pick a color that falls in-between to the best of my abilities.

IF YOU GIVE ME A SHADED REFERENCE, A TRADITIONALLY COLORED REFERENCE OR A REAL LIFE PHOTOGRAPH, I WILL NOT MAKE COLOR EDITS AFTER THE FACT. I STATED HERE THAT I NEED A COLOR PALLET. IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE ONE THEN YOU GET THE COLORS I DEEMED CORRECT!

I can only work with what I have been given. For my sanity, I would LOVE if you provided a pallet with the color reference, however, I understand that may not be possible, but it helps incredibly.

IMAGE LINKS VIA DISCORD
I will not accept discord links anymore. If you can't upload it to Dropbox or something similar, then you will have to email me it.

COMPLEX CHARACTERS
Anything with incredibly difficult color schemes, and made of 3 or breeds of animals. This is a RARE charge and I will tell you from the start if your character falls under this! EXAMPLE

***Taur Characters will be priced at the same price as if you had bought a couple image. Does not matter what sort of Taur character it is. Counts as a complex character***

BACKGROUNDS
Additional Price will range from 10$ to 20$ depending on complexity.

Nude and Sexual Characters
I will only draw nude images of characters that are of the age of 18 or older.

Wing It Rules
Wing its are discounted commissions. I will not make edits to the lines unless I forgot a detail, and that's on me, I will correct mistakes I make.
If you give me several references to pick and choose from, and vague direction, I will do the best that I can, but I will not turn around making corrections that could of been avoided if you had been specific from the start. It's not a trial and error sort of thing, its a discounted commission.
I am always willing to make color corrections if a pallet is provided for the color correction.
