2. xD Nothing really, I've still never been to a con. I just put it on sometimes in my room to take cute pictures.
3. Yes probably ^^ I do hope to go to cons in the future. Though probably woudn't be able to afford to do it again
4. Definetly review the maker you choose, Make sure they are 100% perfect and that you like the style ^^
Also consider making a character purely for the fursuit. I used my 'sona and do regret it as I have changed her over the years and went through a period of not being attached to her anymore.
And to sell the partial I'd really have to sell the character x.x which I'm not comfortable with.

Your suit is so cute, I love it! ^^ And Kilcodo's stuff is definitely really good. It helps a lot, thanks! Many people have created characters just for suiting, and I've thought about doing that a little bit.
