GETTING SO HYPE!!! XD (for FC)

~*~*~*~*~ I just read through the schedule for Further Confusion 2017 and my body is so ready. I have been wanting to pack for days, but I still have to wait a weeeeeek! Aaaaaah! XD Last FC was the most fun I've ever had at a con, and if this year is even half as good as last year, I'd be quite satisfied. Fwaaaaaaaaaaaah! I'm so ready to partay and see people and fursuit and cosplay and dance and draw! AAAAH!....... DAAAH I can't wait! Wahahahahahaha! XD
I also wanted to address the fact I've been more absent from FA in the last year. I know I told many of you individually what my situation was, but I don't think I ever explained it here. Basically my grandma needed surgery last February for a broken hip. While she was in the hospital, my mom had to visit her overnight for a few days, and then only most of the day for a while after that, and that meant I needed to stay at home 24/7 with my physically disabled younger brother in my mom's place. Before all this, I had been spending time with Rusty's family, or going back and forth between his house and mine. Originally my mom told me to plan on spending a week at home, but that week turned into the whole year, since even after returning home from the hospital, my grandma has needed extra help. Because of all this, 2016 seemed to slip by way too fast, since I spent nearly every day since then hanging around the house. For a while I didn't have my art supplies here, and after I got the chance to go get them from Rusty's house I still couldn't get our scanner to talk to my laptop, so I haven't really uploaded much to my gallery this year, and so I haven't been checking as often. Also, sitting around the house all day tends to make one rather apathetic. Originally I thought this time would be a good chance to get a lot of projects done, but without leaving the house and getting any new inspiration or seeing other people or places, I turned into a bit of a couch potato. Not that I didn't do anything this year of course, but I definitely felt more sluggish and less productive than usual. But I'd like to get back into the swing of things in the new year. :3 I'll try to be less of an internet hermit, lol! X3 And I can't wait for the surge of inspiration from con! It's going to be AHMAYZIIIINGAH!!!!!! XD
I also just realized, this will be my 10th FC! :D Hooray for one decade of conventions! XD

With that said, let's hope much frolic and fairy fun will he had for you and Rusty at con.
I can't be there (again, durnit), but at least my finances aren't quite as dire as they were at this time last year. Maybe next time I can go.
(Also - poke poke - I hope you get enough time and inspiration to finish my piece someday, but I am -very- patient, not to worry too much about that Just lemme know if there's anything more you might need.).
