Main reason I'm posting this is that my laptop gave up the ghost. No warning, the HD just suddenly exploded basically.
Any work I don't have uploaded was lost. This means all of my references as well. Fortunately I knew the laptop's age meant it wouldn't last long regardless of how often I kept putting new parts in so I did back up some of the stuff. A few weeks ago. Oops.

And I can't complain about that laptop. 10+ years old, it was second hand and had been to Iraq twice and all over the US multiple times between the two owners (My step-father and myself). There was one easily solved problem that wasn't caused by someone knocking my case over and damaging the screen heh.
