hey guys! can you pls share with me your payment terms for your commissions? ive been screwed one too many times for accepting payment after the piece is finished

Always take payment beforehand. I always insist on myself as a customer; and I actually find it uncomfortable to deal with those who get paid after.
Full payment before you start any work, that way in paypal you can make sure you set the correct parameters for processing a digital order as well. If you don't use invoices, I highly suggest that you do!

definitely payment beforehand! the only time i accept payment after the fact is from a personal friend in an extenuating circumstance
