Media Bang Pro, FireAlpacaa, Put it in Mspaint after and add the text? Just save it as png, i've never lost quality?

Theres no real font tool in Sai. I use use adobe CS2. If you dignaround just right you can find itnfor free since adobe gave it out for free for a few years.

I haven't gotten a chance to use it much but I believe it does have a text tool. It's also a free/open software. :3
