HOW THINGS GO
Below are the terms you are agreeing to when you commission me. Violation of any of these terms give me the right to refuse a commission and/or doing business with you again. This also includes information about refunds and quotes.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Before commissioning anything NSFW/18+, i will need some form of identification to prove you are of age.
If I feel that any part of a commission is too complex, i.e. character design or background/ details, I will charge extra.
Payments are only in EUR.
I will send you a link regarding payment usually when i am halfway done with the piece.
Ppal and Revolut are the only sites I accept payments through currently.
COMMISSIONS:
Sketch or Lineart - payment before I start working.
Flats, Hard/soft shading - payment after the lineart is OK.
(Sketches will be presented until the client deems it OK)
YOUR CHARACTER HERE PROCESS
Send me references of your characters and a means of contact i.e. Discord, Notes are fine too.
Sketching (i will keep sending you sketches until everything is ok)
Lineart (Once the lineart is complete i will send you an invoice regarding payment).
ADOPTABLES
I do not offer any refunds for adoptables sold.
You may change any part of the design as you wish.
You may change the design to any animal or thing you like.
You do not have to notify me when doing so.

Commissions and/or YCHs may be used by myself in my portfolios or as material to promote myself.
Clients may use their respective pieces as illustrations for their RPs, avatars, profiles, references, they may be cropped, re-uploaded.
Refunds
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, in which case I will refund you depending on the circumstances. I will only cancel a commission if I am unable to complete it due to a health issue, complexity of said commission, or loss of interest (This almost never happens, however if it does, it is because I feel I am unable to do the commission justice and I do not wish to give any less than my best on a piece). However, if I am being subjected to rude and cruel treatment during the process, I will stop working on the commission and issue a 50% (half) refund.
If you receive a refund and the piece has been started, you will receive all work I did on it. However, it will have a watermark on it.
Make sure you want to, and can afford to, commission me before committing.
Deadlines
I do not like deadlines, but I will accept them if you are willing to pay extra for my time. The default deadline for pieces to be completed is two months(or less if stated otherwise). If you want the piece done by a certain date before these two months, you will have to pay extra.
If you had a set deadline, and you did not state it in your commission description, you will not receive a refund.
If I did not make your deadline and you are not willing to give an extension, you will receive a 50% refund and what I completed. However, this is rare as I usually reach my deadlines.
