Stupid design decisions in Equestria

Bowling balls with finger holes (Ponies don't have fingers)
Tiny buttons on a cash register (see above)
Tiny buttons on a typewriter (ditto)
Door knobs (no hands)
Boat Steering wheels with those handle things sticking out (also no hands)
Vehicles with no engines and have 1 pony pull them while the rest of them ride (Those things are heavy)
Zippers (watch them struggle trying to zip and unzip those things)
The Sun and Moon being only able to be moved by one mare (What are they supposed to do if they can't find her?)
The Sun and Moon needing pony intervention at all (That's gotta have some nasty effects on the environment if they get it wrong)
All of Equestria's weather and animals relying on pony intervention while the Everfree Forrest works without them just fine
The Alicorn Amulet which gives the wearer untold powers but turns them evil (Who the hell thought this was a good idea?)
The security of Tartarus. You have a lot of ancient evil creatures there and they're all being guarded by just one dog. Granted, a giant 3 headed dog, but he's still a dog. I mean, the thing just wandered away in S02E20. It's amazing that Lord Tirek didn't escape sooner.
Security where the Elements of Harmony are kept, or lack thereof. You have some of "the most powerful magic known to ponydom" and you keep them in a glass case at a library unguarded. Also, they got them from the Tree of Harmony, also unguarded. Glad you take the security of Equestria so seriously.
Celestia sending letters by having Spike barf them up. Doesn't this qualify as animal abuse?
