Since I've started to upload some of my past and current work, I figure now is as good a time as any!
My name is Threnody JG, though I go by Thren, or Mort!
-I make the webcomic Comicide! It's like Parks and Recreation mixed with the office scene from Beetlejuice. But with lesbians and Lovecraftian monsters.
-I'm a freelance colorist, with some experience in background painting for animation! I also flat for the webcomic Saffron and Sage!
-I'm a huge enthusiast of Sonic the Hedgehog*, as well as hilariously bad movies (such as The Room, Neil Breen's Double Down, et cetera).
-Despite this, I do love actually great movies, such as Blade Runner and John Carpenter's The Thing.
-My main style inspirations are Sonic the Hedgehog, Osamu Tezuka, Go Nagai, and George Kamitani! My process is inspired a lot by oil painting.
(*I will acknowledge the flaws in a lot of the 3D games, don't worry)
