I was trying to do a wiggly icon for myself and I can do the animation and stuff but when it goes to resize and upload it there is where the shit start :V

When I want to resize it smaller there is a lot of pixels and it sucks because it looks like crap.
HOW DO YOU GUYS MAKE IT LOOKS SO GOOD!?

I can't work on a file of 50x50 It's wayyy to small for me.. (i'm not doing pixel art)
the one I did is 3000x3000 (maybe it's too large? ) I've resized it to a 50x50 but I still can't upload it...
