I just want to know if anyone knows of a game (professional or not) which has an extended endo segment, or even possibly the entire game inside something/one. Vore doesn't need to be the main focus so long as woke guts get explored.
There's really only one requirement, and that is that the pred cannot be human. If they're human, it sucks all the enjoyment out of it for me.

Have you seen packed rat yet? There's a boss that does it and a couple minor enemies that do it. It's still being worked on so not all they minor enemies that have endo have it working, but it is there.

Yeah, its one of the best vore games out there in my opinion. Unfortunately, the Paige fight isn't enough and the other endo segments are either short or only external view.

He's planning on having some of the minor enemies use belly stages too, just gotta go micro for it. You might also wanna check out Milia (Echidna) Wars DX too. It's not a free game, but the details in the graphics are amazing. Especially for a sprite base. The only draw back is all of it is from an external PoV.
