I'm currently in Las Vegas again helping my mother. I'll most likely be here until the beginning of February. Still been reasonably depressed and my Health's been up and down. I'm really out of shape and I'm trying one down here to get back in shape then walking a lot more to add more weights but I'm at the heaviest I've been in a long time so...
