I've been hearing a lot about Discord, anyone that has used it before, how is it?
I really don't want to go back to Skype and if this is a better option than I'm willing to give it a go. :>
Also sorry about the slow down in- everything, health business kept me busy this week, along with a huge spike in depression, doing my best tho. Forcing meds into my body and trying to rest my brainy parts.
But hey, chatting with people again after all these years sounds fun, so let me know how Discord stacks up, I mean sure the website can tell me but hey they WANT me to super use it right X>

I always assumed it was a gaming chat thing. 0.0 I don't know much about it beyond that. Seems popular with furries though.

True enough. Comes in handy if you ever decide to game too, I guess. :P
I use it for gaming, and I've had not too much trouble with it. It's a little more difficult to learn then skype but function wise it's exponentially better. If you need help figuring it out I'll give you a hand. It also connects with other accounts if you want (Twitch, Steam, Battle.Net, etc). I'd love to add you on it so we can chat :3

Another community I'm in uses it for their chat. I haven't gone around to using the app proper though, but they all like it.

Discord is a decent chat program. It's got the standard PM stuff all chat programs have, with the addition of being able to set up public servers of chatrooms. All free, no ads, and unlike Skype these past few months, it hasn't frozen or crashed a single time.
