I think something may be wrong on their end. I filled out the form and tried sending it 3 times but I kept getting this error message:

"An error has occurred
The result storage capacity has been reached for this form. Your result was not created. Please contact the form owner."

I don't know how legit that group even is. I know some one who has that on their profile but when I bought some thing from them it took them a year to do and they were always "sick" or "hanging out with the boy friend" when it came time to do some work. Yet this person always had time to do posts for her friends. You don't need that on your profile to get people to trust you. Just keep doing what you always do and people will flock to you, and some day you'll be able to charge $400 dollars for an adopt too.

wow! I had no idea that people can behave like this! And I don't want to be like them. It's just awful! I thought I would be able to earn trust that way, but if other people behave dishonestly... It's probably a bad idea.

I've not had much experience with that group - however, I am overwhelmingly satisfied with your communication, artistic vision, and turnaround of your commissioned work.
