Oh man, I miss beaver tails soon much. I'd walk down to the Byward Market, grab one and then wander aimlessly because my glasses would fog up. Somehow I'd always end up in the Cock n Robin and have to stay there for a few rounds... it's mandatory, right?

LOL, hell, I can't skate! Or downhill ski... at least, not with downhill skis. Now, cross-country skis? Hell, I could take a black diamond in those XD Makes no sense, I know.

Wish I could. Trust me, I've had enough of the dust and heat.

Yeeeaah... technically it's not so much that I can't skate so much as I can't stop skating once I get moving. And the "smash into nearest wall" method of stopping I employed as a kid will be harder to recover from in my old age now.

Pretty much the way I skate too.

Yep, that's me on skates and ski. Unfortunately, most rinks and ski-hills don't go in straight lines XD

*chuckles* I'm not nearly as bad on skis - but yeah, not in straight lines, and not built with thickly padded walls. XD

When I was in junior high, our summer 'treat' was going to the roller rink in Edmonton... I didn't see the appeal of careening into walls to disco music :P

Hey angel. Been meaning to write you. Been worried

*hugs tight* I've been trying to keep on an even keel, had a bad anxiety attack a couple weeks ago but lucky for me it occurred close to a weekend so I had time to recover, though I've been slower than usual. I'm trying to focus on the positives and get things done, I think I need to keep tweaking my plans so I get the most done with what I have available. I'm hoping you're doing okay too.

On the plus side my taxes are done and I made an annual appointment for the doc, so that's something.... I finished another project... Still dragging my hooves on video projects but at least I did a test.
