Honestly, some artists seem to forget that in a sense what they do is a business and they have to keep the customers relatively happy, if you have seen no progress, no sketches or anything like that and it's been a few months already, plus with all the issues that are now seeming to pop up with language barriers and excuses it seems like the person has little to no interest or motivation in drawing you

Honestly although I've never done it as I've not had these kinds of issues, if there really is no sketch or indication its started then I would sort yourself out with a full refund

If however there is a sketch or anything like that and you are not desperate for the money back then I would wait until closer to the PayPal 6 months limit before trying to get it back.

Very helpful! I think there's a lot worth considering. I mean I'm very patient most of the time so if somebody says it's going to be a long time I'll wait! But it's like radio silence with this one. Very frustrating.

i dont understand how people fail to fulfill commissions? i have a full time job and can do commissions within relatively good times. That sucks man, i hope they deliver soon :(

Me too! If the don't deliver I'll cut my losses and go with people I can actually trust more than somebody who acts flashy. I'm patient but if somebody says sketches start in a week and you see nothing that's annoying xD

Withdraw it - if you've already threatened it and nothing happened, that's the only thing you can do. If they aren't giving a damn good excuse, sketches or anything then forcing a refund kicks them in the arse and gives them a bad Paypal score.

Oh it gets better now. There is a pic beyond sketch stage but its not what I asked for. This is... beyond annoying.
