u18chan and non-respect of my comics, WARNING.

Hello,
I am fully aware that my comic strip on Kaorh is broadcast without my consent on several sites, except Patreon and Furaffinity, such as e621.net, g.e-hentai.org and probably other sites.
As long as it is a re-post of my images published on Furaffinity, I close my eyes and I say nothing.
Some honest people ask me permission for this broadcast in private, and I agree.
But when it comes to a diffusion of unpublished images, never published on Furaffinity, and having an exclusivity on my Patreon, I categorically refuse this broadcast, and u18chan.com has just crossed this limit!
For the users of u18chan having no respect and no scruples towards the Artist, it is no coincidence if I keep the new pages of my comic book exclusively on my Patreon before broadcasting on Furaffinity!
The money I earn on Patreon is my SALARY! This is my one and only source of income for LIVING.
Without salary, I can not live. This is not "crybaby".
If I do not have money to live, then here is the consequence: Final stop of this comic strip before the end, and especially, definitive stop of my drawings in general and definitive stop of all my work as As an artist, I change my work.
What I say is extremely serious.
This non-respect obliges me to be more strict.
I see on u18chan.com the broadcasts of my last unpublished and high definition pages which have an exclusivity on my Patreon, and I also see screenshots of my streams on Picarto of my pages of which I have not yet put the Colour.
I authorize:
The distribution of my comics as I publish it on Furaffinity, even without my permission.
I strictly forbid:
The release of my comics in high definition, and the new pages never published on Furaffinity.
First step: I will ask u18chan to ban the distribution of my unpublished and exclusive in high-definition pages to Patreon.
Second measure: During my streams on Picarto, there will never again be an overview of the whole page, in order to prevent any screenshot.
Careful, This is a warning.
If, in spite of my prohibitions of diffusion, it persists, then I would be constrained and obliged to take decisions that will not please for anyone:
- Definitive cessation of my streams,
- Definitive cessation of the broadcast of my comics of Kaorh on Furaffinity.
- Total and absolute exclusivity of the distribution of my comic strip on Patreon.

I don't mean to be a dick Kaghan, but sadly if they have enough determination they will show the content anyway, even if it's not the whole thing at once.
It can't really be avoided sadly. When something goes live on the internet and the right people are there to see it, chances are it will never leave the internet and be shown whether the person behind it like it or not. It's a risk with everything you do on it.
But I do enjoy you comic, let me say that. I am looking forward to seeing where it goes and are as such not spoiling myself by staying away from the streams. It's a small nice surprise when I see the next page :D
That is why I close my eyes in general.
But I'm just asking to respect the artist with the non-dissemination for the high-definitions and a few pages in advance of Patreon.
Sooner or later, I will publish these new pages on Furaffinity without censorship (as I wanted to do at the beginning). Just want people wait. ^^
Your support is very nice, and encourages me a lot. :)
And to release on patreon before anywhere else, exclusively. Oh, and you can always deliver patreon rewards via direct e-mail, rather than posting it openly on your patreon as well. That stops people from using others' patreon accounts.

Embeded is a microcode that can track down the user that distributed it; then they can ban the IP from purchasing again or other lengths if ever need be.

Checking the FAQ They have, you should just send an E-Mail to them about this and things should be taken care of. But sadly the entire site is at large risk of a lawsuit. They have nothing in order on that site it seems in terms of legality.I won't claim to be an expert on this. But they since they are based in the UK I am pretty sure things like this isn't allowed.And even then they can actually still get in trouble by allowing the theft of other people's art despite being told it's not wanted or allowed on there for whatever reason by the owner of the art.

Aprés c'est mon avis perso, mais tu devrais en parler sur ton patreon en priorité car il ne sont peutetre pas forcement tous sur FA ou surtout il ne regarde pas tous les journaux .

Je repère ce genre de personne, car tout est noté quelque part, et je les ban.
Il est vrai que je ne peux pas interdire ce genre de chose, en général je ferme les yeux, car on peux rien faire.
Mais au moins qu'il y ai un certain respect de mon avance sur mes pages diffusés en exclusivité sur mon Patreon.
D'autant plus que je diffuse les pages pour tout le monde gratuitement, et finalement sans censure, le mois suivant sur Furaffinity....

D'autant que maintenant que tu as mis ça, tu vas en avoir (désolé d'être l'oiseau de mauvaise augure) qui vont faire EXPRES de reposter tes comics, rien que pour te voir réagir. Telle est la nature humaine, que l'internet a exacerbé.
Je ne puis que t'encourager à apposer cet ID dont il est fait mention plus haut, au moins tu sauras en gros qui fait ça et tenter de minimiser la casse. Mais vivre de son art avec internet, c'est périlleux.

A cause d'une toute petite minorité d'abrutis qui ne respecte rien, la très forte majorité qui ont du respect pour l'artiste se verra ennuyé par la conséquence des restrictions.

Thing is: Those who are here are not responsible for the actions of others on a totally other platform. You could ask on the other sites for a DNP-thing and they will follow it - most of them. But 'punish' those who have nothing to do with it is or will be causing a big dent for you here.
Well some of the people might be from here originally, you can't know.The broadcast of high-definition versions only comes from there, actually.
But some people take the pledge to get the pages, and they leave without paying. They return the following month.
It is 1% of dishonest people who harm the 99% of honest people.
And screenshots are made since Picarto, whose people come from Furaffinity.

1. Ceasing all streaming.
2. Not posting anything on FurAffinity.
3. Distribution restricted only to Patreon.
No streaming is reasonable. Not all artists do this and is just a perk. As for #2 and #3, while you're free to make the comic Patreon-exclusive and not post it to FA anymore, that will not stop the dishonest person on Patreon from re-posting your work. We cannot do anything about it and all that will accomplish is making people unhappy without actually addressing the problem.
Realistically, your options are legal in nature. If it comes to your attention that someone on Patreon has re-posted your exclusive artwork, you need to start by contacting the admins of the site it's been posted to. If they refuse to remove the work, send a DMCA demand to remove the artwork. If that fails or they refuse, you will need to file a lawsuit for actual damages you've suffered under the law. If you can find the person on Patreon responsible you can certainly blacklist them from further participation and file a lawsuit against them for actual damages suffered. This will all of course depend on how much time, effort, and possibly money you're willing to put into pursuing the problem.
So without any control over his/her product, the creative individual eventually tires of this one-sided parasitic relationship and stops creating.

I never said it's not unreasonable to make money from it but Patreon wasn't exactly meant to be a paywall. It was meant to supplement one's income and not BE one's main income.
So ... you warn us, your watchers, that we will be screwed if an anonymous person won't stop doing bad stuff?!
What can you do? That is indeed very difficult. The best way (if working) would be people paying even though you can get the art on FA for free. Like with special rewards that you can't just re-upload. Personalized stuff and so on. Also sending DMCA notices are usually respected by such boards if sent properly.
Just a quick opinion on that topic. ^_^
I'd definitely say that you should cease showing all your comics and keep them on patreon, maybe even up the anty on monthly payments to view your postings on the website.

10/10 for threatening to vanish / nuke / close off further from your fans. Not all of us want to throw money at every single artist, who uses the crutch known as "Patreon." There's hundreds of better artist who share, interact with their fans. And don't treat us all as walking/talking dollar bills.
I swear if the group of people, I am working with turns to patreon. I'm done with this community forever. Literally turning into a slot machine for shitty dursonas fucking other dursonas. So much for creativity and keeping your fans held hostage, like rabid loyal dogs in-line with paywalls.
Oh and fuck u18chan. Those cunts are an even bigger reason to ensure artist fall behind paywalls. Further alienating the community from one another.
They're so pathetic.
What I did when I found some of my comics, looking how they made fun of me, is boicoting the posts.
I did an intentional drama, critizicing them with their own weapons: putting them in shame for they are.
Later I sent an insulting e-mail to the admins. I get a ban from u18chan and my content is not longer allowed to be there.
Also their last hosting server deleted everything. Karma is a bitch.

I really hate when the watchers don't respect the artists! If I like someone's works and I think they deserve for it, because they are talented, I'll try to donate them or pay for their works someway. I hope that I'm not the only one thinking this way...
I've never been on u18chan before, but I know e621 very well. I've seen your comic there, but only the pages which can be seen on FA, with the same quality. And there's always a reference link under the picture. If anyone uploads an unauthorized image someone will report it and it will be removed from the site for good. So I think you shouldn't worry about e621, but I'll bark if I find something "unnatural" there!
I love your artstyle and your works, I think you are talented very much and I don't wanna lose you in a way like this! Pls never give up drawing!
