*Ghost written, and personally financed (his companies buy them), the 'sales' are inflated because many are given away, not genuinely purchased. Referred to as a Vanity Press, such publishers are not new, many well-known authors have brought out books this way. For instance, Mark Twain. Though Twain could not have used them if he hadn't had highly successful books prior and made the money to pay for Vanity publication.

I'm sure it's just a coincidence. I wouldn't read anything into it.

also, while i'm still betting on ecopocalypse being the real fate of humanity, his chumpness seems determined to start something with china.

I thought for sure that "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" would have been in the top 10, considering America's current fascination with Oompa Loompas.
