I don't think you need to change, if you're happy with your style just keep it :)

Actually to be honest, you could potentially go through with this idea you've developed and see the results.

I'm not saying it's a good idea or a bad idea, but, it certainly will produce results that are interesting!

Give it a shot, like an experiment.
(And don't worry that your style might be similar to other people or vice versa, there are billions of people out there and there is a chance that you potentially could draw similar to them and they could draw similar to you.)
