Our country let an absolute idiot of the highest order sit in the highest seat, and he couldn't even go a week without a handful of massive fuck-ups. Is he impeached yet?

...That's all for now. It's just stupid over here, and embarrassing to even witness.

I made a bet he has 4.
Pence is already doing presidential duties and the GOP is going against his wishes to do whatever they want. It's been said that either the GOP planned to put in an idiot and use him to push thei agenda or they planned to get him impeached this whole time but only need him to keep America busy until they have enough of their views and values pushed to be satisfied. Given the amount of bullshit being pushed and then only pulled back due to public outcry, I'd say it's correct.
So on one hand the yam doesn't have long.
On the other this is incredibly dirty and disgusting on the GOP's part.
As a side note I grew up with Pence so I won't be relaxing even when there is an impeachment.
It's all just really fucked up.
I agree 120% with your final sentence. Hahaha
Only time will tell.
His control of the media with "alternative facts" and calling eveything that disagrees "fake news", and suppression of scientific research is reason for concern. As George Orwell said "Those who control the present, control the past and those who control the past control the future." If we simply allow this blind manipulation of facts it's easy for him to control the people and ensure a re-election. As far as we know, by next week, we could have the "truth" that his inauguration was the biggest ever, thanks to the "supportive" National Parks Service who he asked to find proof for his crowd claims. We take the freedom of information on the Internet for granted, but with his desires to end net neutrality it won't be long before he gets his hands in on censorship of dissenting information. Going back to climate change, we can't wait 4 years (8 if we're unlucky) to take serious control of our carbon emissions. We are destroying our planet with a blanket of ignorance drawn over our eyes. I've seen some of his supporters claiming what harm does it have having warmer weather 'if anything it's nice' but that's not the full of it. Ocean acidification is yet another effect of climate change. Coral reefs are homes to many important organisms that help the planet maintain it's own sense homeostasis. Irreversable destruction of our planet must be stopped soon than later if we hope to still have an Earth to call home.
I hate seeing that "give me your tired, your poor, your huddled mass yearning to breath free" is now "give me your tired, your poor, your huddled mass yearning to breath free unless they're Muslim or Mexican". Have we learned nothing from the MS St. Louis. Turning our back on those in need and sending them back to the countries they've been desperate to escape from is deplorable.
This is why I'm happy to see the numerous protests that have arisen as a result of his many actions he's taken thus far. Things may not be going anywhere in the direction we'd hope they'd go but we will show that this we will not stand for.
Speaking of blowback it'd be hilarious if his investigation into 'the illegal votes that lost him the popular vote' ends up showing that not only he lost the popular vote but he lost the electoral college too. Not that it'd change anything, and if anything could be cornering considering his reaction.
I do apologize if this feels somewhat disjunctive or if I accidentally said something incorrect, but I'd like to get across just a little bit about how I all feel.

Not like it will do anything, but I'm as mad as hell and I'm not going to take this anymore!
