Okay, let's try something different!
1. Sketch - 10$ - fullbody, no coloring, 1 character only without bg. No examples, that is a test offer! Digital/traditional(pencil) - your choice, 1 slot open
2. Chibi - 13$ -, simple coloring, 1 character only without bg. Example:

3. Fullbody - 21 to 26$, depends on difficulty. 1 character, no bg, there can be shadows to support pose of the character but that totally depends on me. Coloring may vary, also I may get carried away. Be aware that the result may vary also because there some things I am good at and some I am bad at. Examples:

Payment through paypal and only by invoice! Russians can pay to my debit card.
Also I tend to forget to draw small details so please tell me about important ones before we start! Those can be earring, stripes, dots, spots etc. Also don't hesitate to tell about them in the end of work! Its not difficult to add them in the end, but that would be better thing to do on the sketch stage.
And the most important: slots are taken by payment. You payed - you have the slot!
