This is the journal header. Nothing to see here, get to reading the actual journal yah goof!
Hm what? Oh no don't mind me, just some idle thoughts.

Heck any wage would do if you ask me, so long as it's a paid position that's the important factor. Personally I think it being entirely voluntary is a detriment.
Alongside working more effectively they might also (and I might ruffle some feathers here), actually give a shit. I've heard stories the world over from people over the years here, about being unhappy with mods.
I thought they were.
IMVU can provide them with support too as far as staff and funding is concerened, and they should.
dont say i know for sure how it all works though.
"Our staff is currently made up of volunteers who perform duties that are difficult and time consuming."
From the 'ol Code of Conduct.
They should definitely be paid staff, at least, anyone who "works" any significant amount of time moderating.
But i guess, any volunteers that actually spend a good deal of time moderating and make a good impact on the website (~30 hours a week) might get drafted in as full time staff anyway?
Dunno, can't say i know how they work behind the scenes.
As I've said already this was just a idle, but pertinent thought I wanted out there.
