I personally own a Huion GT-190 and I have never had a single problem with it!
Both Photoshop and SAI work fine with it and the colors are on point, the pen pressure is nice and the accuracy works just fine, too
Given at the beginning I had to re-adjust the gamma twice to get proper brightness, but ever since there's not been a thing wrong
I know however others have not had as good experiences with Huion as I do, so it's really just a personal recommendation asdfasdfdg
Mine was around 420 bucks but I think rn it's around 400

I have an old model of 22-inch IPS Yiynova, and it works perfectly fine for me in both SAI and Photoshop (and in a banch of other programs too), so I think its fine tool too! ^^ The price tho ranges from 600 to 800 USD or so I assume!

Seconding the Yiynova, I have the 19 Inch for $500 and it works in ClipStudio Paint :3 They also repaired a broken wire for me for free under the warranty.
