Tired of being Fat

If you're wearing shorts, then no one can say you're lying when you say "I'm not wearing pants."
<3
Is that your tail or are you just happy to see me?
A couple days ago, I weighed myself and I am a shame I let myself get this far so badly.
I drink too much soda and flavor coffees, my only activity is going to work, doing it, then coming back to sit on my butt in front of a pc, and eating two large meals a day.
I am right now will be removing 90% of my unnecessary sugar intake to get this addiction in check. Got through the headaches, so hopefully I can keep this up and start doing workouts when I get to feeling more better.
You can do it!!
No kidding people, my breakfast this morning was a pudding cup and I peeled a grapefruit and ate it. Mmm, grapefruit. God i'm weird x.x
I myself got: https://www.amazon.com/White-Floati.....009I25F88?th=1
It's made a very noticeable difference.
This is my current set-up: http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d.....psgv4nk99c.jpg
It got a lot easier to avoid sugar beverages (and almost all fruit juices count as that too) when I started thinking.. do I want this to be my dessert for the day? Do I want it so badly that I'll give up eating cake tonight? That's a better question than deciding "do I want water or soda?" It makes you choose between two good things versus one good and one less good.
Learn to love clear, cold water! You can get a sodastream or something similar to have carbonated water available at all times, and squeeze some lemon or lime into it. In the afternoon, I'll drink coffee or tea, both decaf if I can get it. No sweeteners in either as well.
It's fine to leave the table not feeling totally stuffed. It's ok to have one serving and then leave the table saying "I'm still just a teensy bit hungry.. I could use a little more." A small bit of hunger is fine. That will leave more room for dessert anyway. Don't gobble down your food. Eat slowly. Eat slowly and eat something with fiber, fiber contributes to the feeling of "fullness."
Of course, it's not just the amount that you eat, it's what you eat. Avoid high-carb foods like bread and pasta, and replace white (bland) rice with brown (yummier) rice. Avoid sugary snacks and sugary drinks. Like I mentioned above, avoid fruit juices but do eat fruit. It's important that your sugar be consumed with the fiber that it comes with (or at least some fiber) since insoluable fiber can inhibit the absorbtion of sugars, and therefore weight gain. So.. apples, good. Apple juice, not as good.
And finally, remember that exercise will not make up for dietary deficiencies. IE, you can't eat a lot and then exercise it away, unless you're a super-athletic type burning thousands of calories in the workout sessions. If you want to lose weight, you have to change the diet.
