They do... eventually, I've seen some only coming through anywhere from instant, to a full 17 hours late. I've received spam messages of Picarto on ocassion, having being of 17 to 2 hours ago. In most cases, the stream was done. It's quite annoying.
They've started sending them to the promotions folder in gmail for me. But only some of the time and not all of the time
