Hair color - Hairstyle: Buzzcut ("bald" or the same as normal dogs works just fine)
Other add-ons (Clothes or items etc): Let's see...the prosthetics, the cloths, (past here I will leave up to you) the armor, and a rifle.
Pose Idea: Like your reference sheet but with both arms at his sides (natural hands & arms down position)
BG idea: I will let you pick (please don't go too crazy).
Personality: Smart, caring, shy, humorous sometime sarcastic).
Likes: Science fiction, being with friends, music, helping others.
Dislikes: Making mistakes, feeling ignored/unwanted, overthinking (can't help it sometimes).

Having armor, props, and prosthetics cost extra is pretty standard; it would surprise me if someone didn't charge extra for detail-centered components like that.
