Poutine!

Got to try honest to God genuine(ish?) Poutine at Disney Springs. For those who do not know, that is fries with beef gravy and cheese curds. Was not sure about the cheese curds, but it was quite yummy. Seaweed loved it because the cheese curds squeaked when you bit into them. May have to grab another round before we go. :)

I still have yet to try real poutine... I had some at a local sports bar, but it had pork in it and wasn't too accurate...

Actually you can put about anything you want in poutine- it's basically just fries and cheese curds and gravy- whatever else you add is just icing on the cake :)
