I don't even get it why is this even a HOLIDAY shouldn't you show your love and appreciation EVERYDAY ???

I agree that you should show your love everyday and if you think about it just a normal.

I think the only reason I'm so emotional more than usual this year in particular is cause like // im in a long distance I can't do the cheesy things I want to do like give flowers and see them smile for example + my lover is also in the hospital ....

And that is understandable. It really dose suck to be in a long distance relationship.
I myself understand that cause am in one and I would also like to do what you are saying just being able to see your lover face to face and not just thought text or on Skype and all that, and to having them in the hospital. I can understand why you see V-day the way you do and again I agree with you. You should show the one your with that you love them every day not just one day a year.

I do hope your lover feels better and will be able to get out of the hospital.
