Looking at how slow any YCH auctions go, I seriously asked myself what exactly do you need.
Tell me, based on your tastes and interests, what kind of YCHs would you like to buy with pleasure? <3

- Solo YCH have a better interest for commissioners.
- If you have a couple on the ych, consider one bid for the two slots.
- Begin prices really low or do AB only
- Link examples of final
- Three days for bid is a good delay.
- Do YCH with a NPC (as a famous character or species) is an idea :p
I don't participate in YCH but I have thought about doing them and considered possible issues, perhaps some may apply in this case?
1. Multiple character YCH, people might not be comfortable not knowing who they'll end up with. Or seeing who is winning the other slot and being turned off. And the more characters, the less special it feels to get in, unless you also know the others. lso, sometimes one of the slots looks a lot less visible. (Personally like seeing my character's face. If YCH has the 'top' character face not visible, would be turned off that much faster, for example).
Things to consider: Single character YCH more often, multiple character YCH where one winner gets both slots. Doesn't have to always be that, there are many types of people participating in YCH, have to vary types of YCH or else only cater to a fraction of them that have different tastes or issues.
2. People who participate in YCH are a minority compared to regular commissions. Once a lot of your YCH audience have had one, gets harder and harder.
Perhaps time to space them out and do more regular commissions? And varying YCH types of situations, what worked before may dwindle in interest if people into those kind of situations already got theirs, or were frustrated from not winning. Different subjects leads to different public, might refresh things a bit. PErhaps from previous regular commissions, you might see themes that worked well that YCH didn't cover and you might try going back to?
Just food for thought, a lot of factors can have an influence.
YCH are often auctions, but don't have to be all the time! A fixed price, moderately expensive YCH is also useful.
Auctions have advantages, but are also a lot of stress and can lead to disappointment for many involved, and lots of folks will avoid such stress.
YCH still has advantages even if no auction: the commissioners know what they get and expect, and this limits problems of communications and expectations not fitting the final product, which is good both for artist and commissioner.
I think mixing up auctions and some non-auctions for YCH can help reach more of the possible interested people.

А вообще, просто сейчас только не ленивый эти ючи не клепает, причем у многих видно, что кадр с какой-нибудь порнухи обведен) Это к слову о наплыве (мб он и надуманный, но сколько постов в вк в арт подслушано/пс про "памагити прожить на рисуночки, но англ я учить не хочу, покажите мне все как делать и скажите, что надо туда рисовать". Какой-никакой отток желающих к таким начинающим будет, если скилл у них средний и выше, да и цены ниже, чем у крутанов)
Открываешь нач.стр ФА - половина или больше из "нового" - это ючи и ремайндеры.
