There's lotsa sellers of foam on amazon... all shapes, sizes an colors... s'where I'd look ta hunt down foam :)

I get mine from a place called Truman Fabric and Upholstery. Unfortunately, it's only location is local to me: Oklahoma City. They sell large 4'x6'x1"-3" sheets of upholstery foam for like 25 bucks a pop. I'd say if you can find a good local upholstery shop you might be able to find a similar deal. Otherwise, online shopping will be your best outlet. JoAnn and other similar craft/sewing shops are usually far too expensive, at least without a major coupon.
