Looking for Critique! (Potential sketches as payment ^^)

It occurred to me recently that I've never really had a proper critique of my work. Partly because I never studied art at school or college, and partly because I have incredibly thin skin. But I can't continue to improve if I don't know where to improve, it's something I definitely need.
I'm looking for someone who knows what they're talking about to tell me all the ways in which my drawings are shit, and I promise not to hate you for it. I don't promise not to cry, I'll do it quietly though. On a lot of the pictures I upload here I know where I can improve, so instead of just making it a free-for-all across my gallery, I'm going to give you a list of my favourite pictures. I'd like you to drop a critique in the submission comments on those pictures, starting the comment with "critique:" so I know you've come from here. ALSO, if there's any general trend in my art you think I can improve on, like specific things that just look "off" in many of my submissions, I'd like you to put that in a comment in this journal.
Now I don't expect anyone to do something for nothing. I you can just spare a minute or so to drop a quick comment on one of the pictures, that's great. But for anyone who clearly takes some time and looks into the art and give thoughtful advice, I'll add you to my list for an upcoming batch of sketches.

Places to improve. If I had to offer any real critique it is that sometimes your torsos can be a little thin. The way you draw fingers can sometimes be a little out of place too. There is nothing inherently wrong that won't just improve over time. Maybe I am the worst person for critique because outside those 2 things, I really don't see anything too wrong that won't just fix itself.

Nah, i'm just messin'...but maybe try more dynamic backgrounds, like a scene at the beach, or at the pack with a good sky?
